★SPEAKER
Dato' Mah Weng Kwai is a Consultant with the firm. He is a retired Court of Appeal Judge, a Past-President of the Malaysian Bar and LAWASIA.

He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1972
Dato’ Mah was appointed a Commissioner of the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) in 2016 and also as a Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM) 2016-2019.

Dato’ Mah is an accredited Mediator and Arbitrator on the Panel of Arbitration of Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur.
